both coastal and inland. A visit to the busy market town of Skibbereen in
County Cork would not be complete without a stay at the Bridge House; the owner
here has transformed the entire house into a work of art, furnishing the rooms
with late Victorian tableaux and memorabilia. The place is packed with
interesting clutter and you are welcomed as you first set foot in the door.
Eating out in Ireland is great a
wealth of bars and restaurant litter the streets and villages, playing home for
the locals. The offerings are normal seasonal dishes and come packed with
hearty goodness that will entice you back. You will be struck by a playful
atmosphere often hosted by the locals themselves, bringing their own
instruments and laughter to get the party in full swing.
